The Fletcher is a work building under the "crafting" sub-category. Leather is used to make quivers so that archer citizens are able to hold arrows for their bows. This workshop can optionally use metal as well to make quivers, which allows more quivers to be made at a time. There are two components to the building: the required work bench which allows more employees to work there the more benches there are, and the optional auxiliary station, which adds speed and efficiency to the crafting of the quivers.
Because having a quiver is useless with no bow to fire the arrows, the bowyer workshop must be made by the player to rectify that.
