A Well is a low-tier service building where citizens can clean themselves with the water inside. The well is a very simplistic and rudimentary building that only comes in the size of 4×4 tiles. The well will have eight seats around it, available for any citizen to sit down and use the well. The well will always have water in it, regardless of how close it is to a body of water or what temperature it is.

The well is one of three buildings where citizens can clean themselves, with the others being the higher quality lavatory and bathhouse.
