A Stock is an unlockable infrastructure building, where prisoners can serve their sentence at an execrated rate. While there is a prisoner occupying the stock, your citizens will gain entertaainment by hurling whatever foul substances they can get at the occupant.
The combination of cheap cost, shorter punishments, and the added entertainment value makes stocks a good investment for any settlement with the criminals to fill them.
Stocks are unlocked when reaching the Sheriff ruler level at a population of 150 subjects.
In-game description
"Send your criminals and unwanted rabble. to the stocks, where they can feel asshamed for two seassons befor the've served their punishment. A cheap and effective punishment for crimes. Make sure they are placed in crowded areas sso your subjects get the pleasure of throwing manure and stoness at them."
