A Slaver is an unlockable law building where criminal/prisoner citizens are turned into slaves. The building becomes available once a settlement reaches a population of 200. There is only one component for this building, which is the required station. Each station can manage 1 client. The more stations in the building, the more citizens that can be turned into slaves at once. Some criminals that go through sentencing in a court may be forcefully instructed to become a slave as their punishment for a crime.
