A Slaver is a law building where criminal citizens are turned into slaves. There is only one component for this building, which is the required station. Each station can manage 1 client. The more stations in the building, the more citizens that can be turned into slaves at once.

This one of three ways that the player can gain slaves for their settlement, with the other two methods involving waiting for a slaver to show up to your settlement and purchasing slaves, or enslaving enemies after winning a battle.
