}}A Court is a law building where criminal citizens are brought to justice. A judge will deliver a sentence to citizens based on the crime they committed. The sentences can involve sending a citizen to jail, be executed or to become a slave. Occasionally the accused will be released with no punishment, simply returning to your workforce. Processing prisoners through a Court improves your justice rating. Each Court component adds one Judge, as well as the location for the processing of prisoners through trial.

Unlike many other rooms, each work station only employs a single worker. It is one of only jobs to give 100% fulfillment to all races in the game. The Judge will hear out the case with the prisoner and the accuser and then deliver a sentence or release the prisoner on the spot. In order for a Court to function you need a Dungeon to hold the prisoners, and a Guardpost to capture criminals.
The other two buildings that provide a place to sleep are the higher tier flat house and much higher tier chamber. Dormitories are a public building with many beds in the same area, as the other buildings provide citizens with their own private rooms alongside their own beds.

Since it is cotly to make this room it is advisable to not build it until your settlment is well established. In addition, a singe judge can process a good number of prisoners daily, so it is not necessary to make a large room or even multiple worker stations.

A Dormitory is a civics building under the "service" sub-category, where citizens can sleep. Dormitories are the lowest tier of buildings where citizens can sleep, but still provide much satisfaction and happiness as citizens will not have to sleep outside and/or on the ground. There are 2 components to the building, the required beds and the optional nicknacks. Nicknacks add to a "coziness" statistic, which improves the quality of sleep for the residents. As more beds are placed, the amount of nicknacks required to bring coziness to 100% will also increase.

The other two buildings that provide a place to sleep are the higher tier flat house and much higher tier chamber. Dormitories are a public building with many beds in the same area, as the other buildings provide citizens with their own private rooms alongside their own beds.
