The Graveyard is a mid-tier, buildable civics under the "graves" sub-category. The area that allows a place where deceased citizens can be placed. Occasionally, citizens will visit the area to mourn a loved one. Care must be taken into the placement of a graveyard, as removing it will greatly anger the citizens, also leaving the bodies there in an improper location.
When building, there are three components needed: the first is obviously the graves themselves, the second and third are trees and flowers, which add respect to the graveyard, adding more satisfaction to citizens who come to them and mourn. Because graveyards are obviously meant to be an outdoor-only construct, trying to build them inside structures will not work.
