Arrow Quivers were a combat resource that citizens could use for long-ranged combat. Quivers must be made in conjunction with bows, so that citizens always have arrows as ammunition. The skill of an archer citizen can be increased by training at an archery range, though they must train at a training ground first. In other words, citizens must train in melee combat first before training with bows. In the conscripts screen, the amount of quivers used by a division can be customized.
Quivers must be made at a fletcher, which require wood. Because arrow quivers are useless with no bows to fire them, a bowyer must be made to make those, which require both wood and leather.
