Weapons are a combat resource that citizens use for close-quarters combat. In the conscripts screen, the amount of armour used by a division can be customized. Weapons are one of the more expensive resources in the game, as it requires a smithy to make them (as well as armour) with coal and metal. Weapons are also highly priced in trading.
