Ore is a mineral resource that can be found in the natural world of Songs of Syx. There are two ways of obtaining ore: extracting it from ore deposits with the use of ore mines, and through trading. Ores can be smelted into metal in a metal smelter. Due to the importance of ore and metal, the player should try to place their settlement in an area with ore present.
