Opiate Farms are agriculture constructs under the "farms" sub-category. They produce opiates from opiates seeds. Opiate seeds can be harvested from wild opiates or by importing them opiates from abroad. The use of opiates is not currently implemented, but are planned to be added in a future version of the game. Opiate farms are not available in cold nor temperate climates. All farms, including opiate farms, will receive a +10% bonus due to the hot climate.
Though the opiates themselves have no direct use as other resources do, this does not make them entirely useless, as they can still be traded.
