The Tilapis are one of six available races in Songs of Syx. Tilapis play the role of being the "dark elves" of the game. Somewhat like the Cantors, they are a rare race, but not as rare as the Cantors.
When starting a new/random game, Cantors are the only race unavailable to be chosen as the starting race. They also have the highest life span of any other race in the game, at a whopping 800 years. Specifically, the foods they prefer are meat, fish and eggs.

"Tilapi, the territorial and bloodthirsty guardians of Syx' forests, are perfectly suited to tend to forestry, animal husbundry, and dispensing swift death alike. They are no strangers to cannibalism."
