The Tilapis are one of six available races in Songs of Syx. Tilapis play the role of being the "dark elves" of the game, as well as loving nature. Somewhat like the Cantors, they are a rare race, but not as rare as the Cantors. Their passions consist of working with the flora and fauna of the land, as well as passing judgement for justice. Much like Humans, they are not particularly picky about specific types of climate, though they prefer temperate climates the most.

Tilapis have a general lifespan of 90 years. Specifically, the foods they prefer are meat, bread, fruit and vegetables. Despite the mild rarity of the race, the player can choose to start as this race when beginning a new game. Tilapis can be bred in a Tilapi nursery, though they require fruit to feed the children.
