Amevias

The Amevias are one of eight available races in Songs of Syx. They are an aquatic race, favoring water and shorelines. This means that, if the player embarks in an area with no water, it will be very difficult to attract any Amevia citizens. They are decent fighters, and are not a particular picky race in terms of managing happiness. Sadly, they are not very tolerant of other species.

They are one of the races in the game that can be chosen as a starting race. They are slow breeders. Their faces and sprites show that they have a reptile-fish hybrid build. They have sharp teeth and pointy tails, as indicated by their overhead sprites.

In-game description

"Amevias are all about fish and water. They will only tolerate to live near shorelines. Apart from that, they are easy going and tolerant. Good fighters."
