Water is a natural resource found in the world of Songs of Syx. There are two ways that water can appear in the game, the first is simply in the form of bodies of water, ranging from small puddles to massive lakes. The second form is through rainfall. Nearly all bodies of water contain fish, meaning that building Fisheries can be built over water and provide fish as a helpful edible resource.
Water is useful in the maintaining of farms. Though water is not necessary to build farms, water can boost the effectiveness of them through irrigation, which is water being very close to farms. There is no way to directly pick up and collect water, but it is possible to dig canals which will fill water immediately when dug out.
